All Cancer Center facilities requests must be made online. Attempts to make reservations over the phone or via email will not be accepted. CCTSF will charge a $25 Service Fee for AV Setup in the conference rooms. A GL# will need to be provided at time of request for assistance via work request email to Any late request that is not properly submitted at least 24 hrs in advance per our current SLA, will incur an additional $40 Emergency AV Setup fee.
